ABSTRACT

The recent European studies testify that so far is no comprehensive analysis of the security frameworks of currently running or planned governmental Cloud deployments. Hence, there are no guidelines to define a generic security framework that allows to assess and benchmark Governmental Cloud security. In these circumstances, the present article aims to outline some key points for building Governmental Cloud Security Framework including Risk Assessment, Security Measures, Security Certification and Incident Reporting.
