ABSTRACT

In prior management studies, the role of organizational culture and organizational commitment in shaping organizational performance has been echoed and thoroughly re-examined. However, research on the context of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) has never been studied in Indonesia. This research study collected data from 150 employees in state-owned companies in Indonesia. The results were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 18.0. This research aims to evaluate the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on organizational performance to learn how an organization's culture helps to enhance organizational performance. The outcomes suggest that organizational culture influence organizational performance. Conversely, Organizational commitment has a negative effect on organizational performance.
