TITLE Participation in Development of the Bangsue District Community, Bangkok, Thailand |

ABSTRACT The purposes of this study were to study the levels of participation in community development and factors related to the levels of participation in the area of Bangsue District Community, Bangkok. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Most of people were male, married and aged range between 45–50 years old. Their degrees of education were lower than Bachelor’s degree, had their own business and average income between 7,000 – 10,000 baht per month. 2. The level of participation of community committee in administering community namely planning, assessing and participating in assessment were in moderate level. 3. There was a correlation between age, average income and marital status and level of community development participation in Bangsue District Community. |
