ABSTRACT

The aim of this report is to analyze the new option of the insolvency practitioner to give an undertaking as an alternative of secondary insolvency proceedings. The requirements, stages and potential problems regarding the undertaking will be analyzed. Also a comparison with Bulgarian law will be made.
